§3 Right of Rescission
Provided that you concluded the contract of purchase as sole proprietor for purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed profession (consumer according to §13 BGB) you may withdraw from the contract in writing (i.e. Letter, fax, email) or by sending the purchase back to us without giving reasons within 30 days. The time period does not start before you have received your order and not before you have been made aware of this regulation in writing. Ensuring your rights of withdrawal just return your written disclaimer or your order to us in the period of time stated above. Please send your disclaimer to the following address:

Consequence of disclaimer
In case of an effective disclaimer the item and service received from both parties have to be reimbursed and as the case may be relevant benefits (i.e. Interests) returned. If the received item and service cannot be returned at all or only partially or in a bad condition, you are required to pay compensation as the case may be. Regarding the surrender of items, this does not apply if the impairment of the item can be put down exclusively to its inspection - as it would have been possible in store. Incidentally you can avoid the liability to pay damages or compensation if you consider the item not as your property and avoid any handling that might affect its value.
Transportable items are to be sent back at our risk. You are required to cover the cost for the return, if the delivered item complies with the ordered item and if the price of the item does not exceed 40,00¤ . The same applies for higher priced items, if at the point in time of the disclaimer you have not returned the service or reciprocate the contractually agreed instalments. In any other case the return of the item is free of charge.
Liabilities for the reimbursement of payments have to be met within 30 days after sending your disclaimer.
We would like to ask you to return any items as not prepaid. If you want to make use of your right to withdraw, we would like to send you a return form and collect the item from you right away.
